RETURNS

If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return one or more products within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that they are new, unused, and complete with all original tags and labels.

To request a return, simply send an e-mail to our Customer Service at shop@salvatoresantoro.com, indicating your order number or the identification code of the product you wish to return.

In accordance with current European consumer protection legislation, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order or independently cancel an order that has not yet been shipped through the self-service function available in your account under the Orders section.

Returned products must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged.

For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask you to try on underwear and swimwear while wearing your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use that are incompatible with a normal fitting.

At present, exchanges are not available. If you wish to purchase a different size or another model, you will need to place a new order.

Return Costs

Returns are free of charge for orders delivered within Italy and the European Union.

For countries outside the European Union, the return collection fee is €30.00 and will be deducted directly from your refund.

Refund Processing Times

Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days from the date the returned item is received at our warehouse. In any case, the maximum processing time will not exceed 35 business days.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your refund has been processed.
