PRICES AND CURRENCY

All prices displayed on the website, as well as payments and invoices related to orders, are expressed in Euro (€).

To assist international customers, our website provides a currency converter that allows an estimated price to be displayed in the customer's local currency. Please note, however, that the amount actually charged to your credit card or PayPal account may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations and any fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

FRANCIS & CO S.R.L. recommends that customers contact their bank or payment provider for detailed information regarding exchange rates and any fees applicable to their transaction.

ORDER STATUS

You can check the status of your order at any time by accessing your personal account and visiting the Orders section.

Please note that once confirmed and processed, orders for items already in stock cannot be modified.

Orders placed separately will be processed and shipped separately.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Customers who subscribe to our newsletter may receive updates regarding current promotions and promotional codes that can be used during the checkout process.

Each promotional code is subject to specific terms and conditions and has a defined validity period with a start date and an expiration date. The validity period cannot be extended under any circumstances.
